Customer service on 100! Howard helped me before I even got to the shop. He is a kind man and very genuine. I called in the morning with questions and he answered them and then some. Called back in the afternoon on my way to the shop and he arranged for enterprise to pick me up before I even got there!! Never been to this shop but the reviews are accurate!!! This is my new shop!

Today I brought my 2012 Porsche 911 to The Garage. I have to say I had one of the best experiences at a mechanic shop ever. The shop itself was spotless and very well organised and the service was amazing. In the morning, I mentioned to Howard all the small things I wanted to get checked on the car, including an oil change, a window switch replacement and just a general inspection. Everything was done as asked, all parts were replaced the same day and I got a full breakdown explaining everything that was discovered in a separate email (which I totally appreciate). The price was very fair (and definitely better than at Porsche). The work was done spotlessly and now they definitely have another happy life long customer. Howard and the crew at the Garage are fantastic. You always feel like they are being straight with you. They recommend you wait for certain repairs that aren't critical vs loading you up with charges. They stand behind their work. They are professional but friendly. You can feel comfortable bringing your car here for service. I'm loyal and sticking with these guys!

Honest, efficient and quality work

Alex was amazing. She was on top of it! - when I explained the problem of the steering wheel shaking she knew right away it was most likely the front brakes. The Nissan dealer was wrong !! They told me it was the front suspension causing the shaking. They were wrong , The Garage was right. They fixed it same day, and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend !
