The Garage Burlingame
Stopped by THE GARAGE's new Burlingame location (based on a friend's recommendation of their San Francisco location) for a major service on my Lexus. I dropped off the car, got a call from Howard within a few hours and told me my car was done. Fast! I'm used to having to leave my car for 2-3 days for the same type of service at other places. What really got me was that when he called, he had told me that there were a number of things that the car would need in the near future. These are the exact same items that other shops have told that would lead to catastrophic failure if I didn't have them fixed immediately. Howard took the time to explain to me that though these items are needed soon, and that not fixing them right away would not put me or my family's safety in jeopardy. He told me it wouldn't be a big deal if I dealt with these issue 4-6 months down the line. THAT's what I'm looking for. An honest mechanic that won't try to upsell me everything under the sun, that keeps me informed, and is efficient! Definitely returning and referring. Thank you Howard and the team at THE GARAGE Burlingame!!!
