Burlingame Auto Repair

The check engine light and "check VSC" signal turned on in my car. The Garage was very accomodating in being able to assess the potential issue on a Saturday. Great customer service and explanation of potential problem with the car from David.

I have an impression that these guys in Burlingame are interested in only expensive work, not in minor issues like scratches. Maybe it was just my bad luck, but the repairman explained to me how I should paint the scratch by myself although I asked him to do it for me. He said that if I wanted the entire hood painted ($500) then they could do that. He added that if I cannot paint the scratch by myself, then I should bring my car to the body shop again next week. The scratch was less than 1/2 inch. On my way home, I stopped by at another body shop, and they fixed the scratch in just 20 minutes, the total cost was $10.

I cannot thank the guys enough. I was stranded for several hours. They answered my phone calls several times, held the shop open for me on a Sat. and had already ordered the part when I got there! Nice, clean professional shop. By the way, non of the "big Guys" would take me.
